Pumping Iron

My brother suggested learning some of the weapons that I have people wield in the series I’m writing. So I’m giving it a try. So, today I decided to destroy a used tire with an axe and a sledgehammer. That was perhaps the most exciting part of the day. Not only did I learn the general feel of them as objects, I also learned how to use them as weapons in an actual war.

Now, am I a professional? No. Not a chance. But do I have some idea of what I’m doing? Yes. And it feels glorious. Seems like Rük’s going to get some really intense fight scenes now.
